Apocrine adenocarcinoma arising on a nevus sebaceus of Jadassohn

Nevus sebaceous of Jadassohn is a congenital lesion that can be associated with the infrequent development of several tumors, usually benign. We present a 63 years old woman with a nevus sebaceus that gave rise to a primary apocrine adenocarcinoma.
