Giant comedo naevus

Comedogenic nevus is a rare hamartomatous proliferation secondary to pilosebaceous tissue. It is characterized by the formation of lesions that mimic comedones, which follow Blaschko lines.
We report a giant nevus comedogenic in a 65-year-old patiente which is a rare presentation of this entity. Clinical improvement was evident with the use of systemic retinoids. Key words: nevus,
